We are proud of the progress we continue to make in advancing our EDI agenda and action plan. Through campaigns, initiatives and the development of EDI networks, we have seen greater colleague engagement and stronger commitment from our Senior Leadership Team. Each member of the leadership team actively supports at least one EDI network, helping to champion the work of colleagues, increase awareness of challenges, and ensure meaningful progress is achieved.
